Hi, I’m Ana, a somatic business and leadership coach for visionary leaders and established entrepreneurs.
I support women with BIG visions and BIG desires to expand their receivership and business in resonance with their unique nervous system, for a business and life that feels easeful, peaceful and pleasurable.
I spent 15 years in a career as a body based trauma therapist before transitioning into coaching 6 years ago, and I’ve taken my knowledge and experience and created a methodology that serves coaches, mentors and healers to heal and expand into their desires, through both subtle body level shifts that then inform the somatic strategies that support sustainable growth, tailored to their own unique energy.
When I stepped into the coaching space, no one was talking about the nervous system or applying it to leadership, healing and/or business growth. The body was being talked about on some level, but without connection to a deeper understanding of how the nervous system impacts receivership, business, and life. I saw so much possibility to lean into the power of the nervous system to create incredible results on all levels of being, and so I formulated my own methodology based on my extensive experience, in order to support my clients to achieve those results, as I adapted it to the coaching space.

Nervous system work that sustains itself and creates deep impact for your clients for the long term doesn’t anchor itself in through tool based approaches alone.
There’s a difference between grounding your feet in the earth to regulate (a wonderful short term tool that can support you and your clients in the moment), and a comprehensive and nuanced approach to coming into relationship with the unique nervous system of each one of your client’s that allows you to have a very targeted and specific lens on how to support that particular client to receive their particular desires and goals inside of the container you are holding for them—both for the purposes of regulation AND expansion.
To create incredible results for your clients (and yourself)— you need to learn how to come into relationship with the nervous system as a whole, and through this lens not only support your clients to regulate for the long term — but also learn how to support their nervous system to expand in the direction of their desires.
Most nervous system based trainings are 1) focused on regulating the nervous system and releasing trauma, conceptualising the client from a trauma resolution perspective *only* and 2) are often tailored towards healers in particular, rather than towards coaches and mentors too, which can result in difficulty with actually integrating this knowledge and expertise into your own business and programs.
Inside the Soma Soul Certification, you learn how to hold the nuances of every client’s unique nervous system, as you approach the work in a targeted way, AND if you’re a business/leadership coach or mentor, you will receive tangible guidance on how this can be integrated into your particular work in the world.

You’ll be learning the core pillars of this cutting-edge methodology and how it’s interweaved together into a cohesive and adaptable approach that collapses time on healing and that creates tangible, long-term results for you and your clients.
You’ll learn how to facilitate a deep 1-1 nervous system expansion sessions, how to integrate this into a larger AND smaller group setting, and how to interweave a somatic based approach into your coaching that will completely change the way you work with your clients.
This is a 12-month container AND you will also have access to the space for a total of 24 months (with the exception of the healing pods, which are not included in year 2), so that you can integrate this methodology fully, and receive supervision and guidance throughout that time, and extra space to complete the requirements of the certification so that the process is as nervous system friendly as possible.

Experience the power of nervous system healing and expansion work in intimate pods of no more than 4-5 women and receive your own transformation. For the first three months of the program, you will participate in the healing pods every other week. After the initial three months, the frequency will shift to once per month for another three months. For the last half of the program, you will have the ability to sign up for a healing pod if you still desire to attend.

In this space you’ll be able to ask questions, deepen in your understanding of the material, receive additional support between calls, and connect with the other leaders journeying with you.

Continued supervision and opportunity to receive support, coaching and feedback for another 12 months (for 24 months total).
You’ll receive a whole other 12 months to receive direct support from me with your clients, and space to get coaching on how this wants to be integrated into your work and your business. There’s no need to rush and there’s plenty of time to receive everything you need from this space.

I don’t teach coaching foundations inside of this certification. The certification presumes that you already have a certain level of mastery in the coaching, healing and mentoring space, and that you are looking to deepen that mastery and integrate a nervous system expansion approach to transformation in yourself and your clients. So if you’re just beginning to learn how to be a coach and healer, this isn’t the best space for you.

You are required to submit 5 recorded sessions where you demonstrate your knowledge and integration of the methodology, plus attend at least 6 Demo calls where you actively practice integrating this approach with the other participants inside of the program. You will receive direct feedback, with ways to deepen your skillset even more.

It took me over 15 years to gain the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to create this certification and to deliver it to you in a way that significantly shortens your learning curve and level of mastery with this work. Over the course of a year, you will have the opportunity to not only gain a lot of knowledge, but to also practice and experience this methodology first hand both for yourself, and in your client work. It’s one thing to learn something, and it’s another thing to integrate it. Because my values are rooted in nervous system care, I am aware that everyone needs varying amounts of time to integrate and to receive the knowledge and skills that they need to feel confident to facilitate this kind of work inside of their containers. Giving space for you to learn it first and then to receive supervision from me on your clients as well as direct coaching on how to interweave this into your business and programs is not a short term process, and it does not always fit neatly into one year. I love giving my clients more than enough time to truly feel embodied in what they are receiving, so while you can complete the full certification in a year, you do have an additional 12 months after that to receive additional support, training and coaching on the nervous system (in year 2 the only thing you don’t have access to is the healing pods, and the retreat).
