Is there 1:1 support?
Yes, you will receive a 1:1 call with Ana each month of the program (for a total of nine, 90 minute sessions).
How many spots are there?

How much time will this take each week?
The calls will be around 2 hours long. There are practices that you'll be invited to integrate throughout your week, and that's determined based on your individual needs.
